 Description  « Hide
There always is possibility for a build agent to be disconnected from QB master.
For other build/request statuses, this is not a big deal.
But for CHECKING_BUILD_CONDITION, this becomes a big problem!

** Please add Timeout to CHECKING_BUILD_CONDITION,
so that even if QB agent is disconnected from QB master, the build request would be automatically and correctly finished. **

Because of the pending CHECKING_BUILD_CONDITION, we had to create another build configuration.

This is a big problem for the users.

So please help and resolve this issue.

This can be controlled with build timeout in general setting of the configuration.

I also faced this issue and build dose not get timeout from timeout value from general setting. either agent need to be connect again or restart QB services .

Also QB server will test agent connectivity every 30 seconds during build condition check, and stop evaluating the build condition if agent is detected to be disconnected. Have you seen below error message in QB server console log after the "Checking build condition on node" message?

Error testing job

With latest QB version, it can be timed out even if build agent is offline. Please reopen this if the problem still exist.
