 Description
This is an improvement request to allow the custom statistics widget to dynamically adjust the min/max scale for the data being displayed based on the data itself.

To provide an example -- We have a couple build steps that test and track the overall performance of our projects, and the actual values of the data never extend beyond 7.67 and 7.90, however the custom statistics widget always uses 0.00-10.00 as the graph scale. This can make it very difficult to see on the graph when the performance takes a hit. Sure, I can hover over each of the data points to see the actual values, but that kinda defeats the purpose of having a graph in the first place.

What would be extremely useful is if the graph could dynamically adjust the scale to be +/- 10% of the min/max values of the actual data, and it could be an optional flag as well, if (for some reason) it would not be desirable to enable this by default.
