What is your locale and language? Is it possible that you are missing some fonts in your system?

Hmmm I don't think so we use default centos 7 settings
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
database is also UTF-8 - colate is gen_bin

Hi,

It looks like that you are using docker? Is it possible to create a test docker for me so I can do more investigation here?

That instance is not dockerized. We have a test instance on which we tested upgrade and we don't see that problem there (however we didn't run any job on it) it is possible that it was cause by migration.sh scirpt ?

Moreover values in database are correct as we when you switch from graphical representation to numerical one everything seems to be alright maybe there is something cached.

Is the issue still existed after you upgrading? Have you tried with some other browsers on other machine?
