Add the possibility to call the Jetty Gzip Handler from conf/jetty.xml
The feature should accept all parameters for the handler as decribed in official documentation: http://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/9.3.x/gzip-filter.html That feature shloud be documented and provide examples.
