We recognize the users here by their names and not their login IDs. At this point there are so many users in the QB system so when we are asked to add a user to a project we have to cycle through hundreds of usernames.
If in that selection box you could have "username (Lastname, Firstname)" as in "rshen (Shen, Robin)" it would make things much easier for my team. |
