I have a Perforce repository (I've tried both template and non-template versions) that is set to sync on label 'X'. The build is set to only build with the repository changes. Using Perforce's tag command I change the files under the label 'X'. Next time the build is scheduled to build when the repository changes, it doesn't. All server times are correct, the build is set to go every 10 minutes and I seem to be missing something here.
