On operation system sigar not supported, like AIX 7, QuickBuild will downgrade to use Java API to monitor disk spaces, but it is not so accurate in JDK 1.6.
Since JDK 1.7, FileStore can get more accurate data. So we will use it to monitor disk spaces.
