Description |
Hi Robin
We would like to run Quickbuild agents in Docker containers. We imagine that the Quickbuild Server would on demand spin up docker containers with a Quickbuild agent running inside. We are sure this would reduce our queue times immensely. Please let us know when we can expect to see this feature in Quickbuild. If we can assist in anyway please let us know. Thanks in advance Julian |

We will ship QB7 in the end of this month. So can not include this feature in that version. Maybe we investigate docker in QB 7.1 time frame. |

We are up to QB v12, is there any thought on this enhancement? We are moving all of our (possible) resources to docker, and trying to figure out the best approach. |

Sorry we are unable to deliver this up until now. However this feature will be promised to be available in QB13. A containerized command step will be added in this version to specify docker image when running a command step. QB agent will spawn a container to run that step, and remove the container after step finishes. |
