Description |
When the form for editing a git repo comes up, it has the username and password fields filled in.
We don't use username/password - so if this isn't noticed and cleared before saving it causes checkout of the repo to fail. We would prefer it of those field remained blank unless filled out intentionally. |

This is particularly a problem when you are "browsing" the top-most configuration and the unintended change is inherited by all the child jobs. At the very least there should be a "are you sure you want to save this change" message for the topmost configuration. |

There is filled by Chrome automatically and there is no reliable way to prevent this without changing settings in Chrome itself as below:
