This request is to enhance the build pipeine in the following ways:
  
  - Add a configuration setting that allows the step to always be displayed in the pipeline gadget.
  - Colorize each step of the build pipeline based on it's status:
    - Green, step was successful
    - Red, step was not successful
    - Gray, step can not run / has not been run

This would greatly enhance the understanding of the build process by developers because they would be able to see the entire pipeline, rather than just the completed step (and what the next one is by hovering over the completed step).
