When i want to add a new node to a build configuration all the previously added nodes must be online in order to save the change.
This is not optimal, we have lots of nodes assigned and some of them might be offline at the moment.
I would like to be able to add a node without having all the other nodes online.

Node Assignment requires nodes to be online
