I believe I am experiencing this after an upgrade from 5.1.36 to 6.1.29.

This has been fixed since QB 6.1.3. But the agents need to be re-installed in order to make it working for further updates.

Shouldn't that be mentioned in the upgrade guide? I wouldn't have put them in the site folder if I knew that ahead of time. I have >150 build agents. The staging server I used which had gone from 5.1.36 -> 6.0.x -> 6.1.x with agents only having the automatic upgrade pushed the plugin to those build agents with the a regular server restart, so I'm hoping that restarting my production server again will get the agents to refresh plugins. There should be an admin function to tell the agents to check for new plugins.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. A workaround is to put your custom plugins back into the plugins folder instead of site folder if you do not want to re-install all build agents manually.
