QB does not check modification date of workspace files (as it can be very time consuming if workspace contains a lot of files), instead it checks last run date of the configuration itself, that is configuration.getStatusDate(). Please print out this value to see if it is 5 days old.
I reproduced the issue as the follows:
1) Cleaned workspaces on one of my build machines and set Preserve Days in the 'Clean up Workspaces' step to 5 as in the attached screenshot. 2) Ran the the step. 3) There was a number of workspaces which were older than 5 days which were not cleaned. I attached the screenshot of on of this workspaces for your references. I tried and it works at my side. Can you please let me know the exact reproducing steps?

Do you have any update on this issue? Thanks, ptrinh Yes, I did. I saw it cleaned some of the workspaces which were older than 14 days, but not all of them.
Have you set the step to run on desired agents?
