When a build of a configuration detects there is a change set to build, two messages are posted to Gerrit. Both have the same time, and report the build number, link, and status from QB. Expectation would be one message declaring a build has started (no status included) and a follow-up message stating the build has concluded and what the status was.

| QB only post one such message per Gerrit repository instance. Are you checking out multiple Gerrit repositories in a single build? |
