Very often the reason of syncing the configurations is to work on a specific configuration in the test environment. For that other configurations are not of interest and better be disabled. Could you, please add the 'Disable All Builds' checkbox in ~maintenance/sync configurations job? Or alternatively provide the API to disable all configurations recursively in one click?
