There is a problem we expirienced after upgrading our QuickBuild to version 5.1.30 - accessing "Latest Build" from "Children" tab of any of configurations became not available for NON-admin users. Though, for ADMIN users it works absolutely fine (same way as it was before).

If we will compare source code for the one of elements on page, here is the picture we will see for NON-admin user:

and for ADMIN user it looks a bit differend:
<a id="id40c1" class="build-status successful maskable" href="/build/12130583">0.2.85</a>

For some reason, 'href="/build/12130583"' is NOT added for NON-admin users
