We use extensively QB but have JIRA 6.0.4 (no option for upgrade) we would like to know if there is a chance (and when) to make JIRA QB plugin(https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.xiplink.jira.git.jira_git_plugin) compatible with JIRA
6.0.4 Is there any special API or components used in QB JIRA plugin that prevents compatibility with JIRA 6.0.4? Thank you in Advance |

QuickBuild can work with JIRA 6.0.4 without any problems. What's your problem? Are you using the correct version of plugin? To work with JIRA 6.0.4, please download the plugin from URL https://build.pmease.com/dashboard (select jira-quickbuild-plugin-6.0.0.jar) or download the addon from your QuickBuild Administration page:

I usually use AtlassianMarketPlace marketplace.atlassian.com (MPAC) for installing plugins
So there (MPAC) https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.pmease.quickbuild.addons.jira.jira-quickbuild-plugin you have specified that this plugin works only with JIRA 6.2-6.2.7 and if you download from MPAC for example for JIRA 6.3 plugin will not be shown or even instlled. I guess you have to change compatibility on MPAC to 6.04 to 6.3.Then I can download and install plugin directly from MPAC. |

You have extended compatibility to 6.3.1 (6.2 - 6.3.1) only but we need for 6.0.4 also (like 6.0.4 - 6.3.1). Are you able to lower minimum version of JIRa from 6.2 to 6.0.4?

| You can go to Manage Add-on and install the plugin for 6.0.4 directly. The 6.2-6.3.1 is displayed by MPAC automatically based on the latest plugin version. |

| The plugin is incompatible for version 6.0.0 and version 6.2.1, so I can't change it to compatible with JIRA version 6.0.4 to 6.2 on MPAC. |

I'll try but this may not work since this is the same plugin id JIRa will not allow me to install manually plugin for JIRA 6.0.4 if is listed for use on MPAC only starting from 6.2.
I'll try once again this week and let you know. |

Ok I know your point. That explains a lot. I'll try to manually install on 6.0.4
