 Description
I've noticed that the subversion repository is using the command line svn executable to do it's work. In the most recent upgrade from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3, it appears that the "info" command generated by quickbuidl now has the "--non-interactive" flag set. However, this is not available in older subversion clients (not sure exactly when it was added). I've worked around this by changing the path on our quickbuidl server to use the subversion 1.4.2 client instead (our svn rep is on the same machine, and still uses a very old server version).

I would suggest possibly moving to using a pure java based svn client, or at least being flexible in the commands that are executed based on which version of the client is being used.
