QB 5.1 puts the single command line into a batch file for execution (in order to make the command working with shell facilities such as output redirecting, etc.) and the batch file will print all enclosed commands by default. Please file a bug report for this and we will get this fixed in next patch release of 5.1.
We just upgraded our test environment to 5.1.0 and when running a build a variable that is set to secret value is displaying in the build log. We need the password to be kept hidden.
