In reference to support ticket CU20130913165120077. For a server with a large backlog of build history, querying all builds can fill up the heap space (I have 16 GB of heap allocated in the server's wrapper.conf) and basically hang the whole system. Adding a system setting to require an extra parameter for unqualified queries would help us safegaurd against a typo in the querry like builds/### vs builds?###.
