The file permissions are not correctly propagated in proof builds using svn. I had a file with execution permissions (script file) that lost the permissions when using proof builds. When I commited the file on svn, the permissions were ok.

| This is a limitation as JVM can not take file permissions when transfer files. A workaround is to run the change permission step to fix it after transferring. |
