Description |
Hi,
I want to create a child configuration, which doesn't necessarily use parent configuration steps. The child only resides under a certain configurations path for better navigation and configurations order, and doesn't really need to inherit parent steps. Please add option to hide or even better - collapse - each Parent Steps from the Available Steps of the child configuration, to have clearer view when adding steps in child configuration. Thanks! |

The same Collapse/Hide option would be great feature on Variables - so child configuration that inherit parent variables, are collapsed/hidden by default. |

In addition to exclude an entire child configuration from the inheritance process, I would like to have an option on a single build step to prevent it from being inherited.
This way, you can create build steps which are private to the configuration they are defined in. Default should be "public". That would not break any existing configuration database. Same would be great for variables. |
