Perforce recently released a new type of replica server called 'Build Farm Replica'. Typically, p4 sync operation isn't read only and requires write lock on the central Perforce DB. QB by its nature doing a lot of syncs which affect the overall performance of or Perforce system. To improve this situation we want to install a special Replica for QB but it will require some change in the client specification created by QB (I suppose you should work with Perforce to see differences).
