Is there any plan to upgrade the version of Groovy to a newer version? The current version (1.8.9) is quite old.

We are no problem at this, but some customers did the upgrade themselves and enountered some issues running their old scripts. This makes us conservative on this as many QB customers are relying on groovy scripts heavily.

Isnt that a matter of announcing this as a breaking change? Or even better give an option tot select the groovy version basicy for a customer when installing or if possible select it at runtime.
It would be good to offer the extended capabilities of groovy to your users.

Since this change is significant, and we'd like to collect as many feedback as possible. Can you please upgrade to groovy 2.0 at your site (by placing groovy 2.0 jar into directory "plugins\com.pmease.quickbuild.libs" and report changes you will need to make for your scripts (or if be luck no changes at all)?
