Currently you can't see what subscriptions are for a specific user.
Under user management the admin can't see the subscriptions or add them for a user.
Also maybe add a new Administration Task 'Subscriptions' which lists all of them for all users
and allows adding/deleting/changing from this screen.

Add an Administrator Tab to see all subscriptions for users and show subscriptions when admistrator looks at user.
