Description |
When restoring from backup, or migrating to a new version, I sometimes find that my continuous integration jobs start running as soon as I bring up the server, causing jobs to fail because I have changes to make before bringing them online. If I move quickly, I can pause all of the twenty-five configurations before this happens, but not always.

It looks like this has been at least partially resolved. In version 6.0, I found an option to Pause Server. This allows me to pause all jobs before backup or data migration, so that when I restore, the new installation is also paused. This does not help when restoring from an automated backup, but that is a (hopefully) an unlikely scenario. |
