This is a administrative feature for
1. restarting QB Server by saving waiting jobs in queue and sending them back into Queue at restart. 2. Simple on/off scheduler ( ease of use, some times scheduled projects are nested and we need to disable them manually on the dev platform ) 3. When working on the dev platform, we donot want to send emails to any user. An on/off control will help. 4. All users logged in the system. 5. Send administrative messages to all QB users by groups using email templates. We can build this using REST API's but this is of general usage. thanks -Puneet |

| 5. Restarting QB server does not cancel running detachable builds like bash or batch command builds and let the builds continue when master is reconnected. |
