it's a quartz bug:

I update quartz to 1.6.6 or 1.8.0,the problem solved:)

i thought maybe it's a cron expression problem with quartz 1.6.0
i have cron expression:"0 0/20 20-7 * * ? "

Thanks for the investigation. Will upgrade to quartz 1.8 in next patch release.
