It would be great if the revision log wasnt presented as a flat text file but rather as an HTML page with certain patterns translated to links. This isnt quite as mad as it sounds as it would allow any JIRA/Bugzilla tickets mentioned in the commit messages (a rule enforced in many organisations via commit triggers) to be clicked on and the actual ticket/task reviewed that led to the check-in being performed. This is exactly the same as can be found in Cenqua's excellent CVS/SVN browser s/w FishEye which lets the admin to specify regex pattern matchers (Linkers)
